Section 163

If it is not possible to submit written evidence at the time of filing the plaint or counter-statement, if the plaintiff or the defendant requests time and if the reason is reasonable, the court may grant up to fifteen days.
(2) The plaintiff or the defendant shall submit such evidence to the court within the time given under sub-section (1).
